An innovative concept for the Automotive Industry, this convenient & easy to use tray to catch and carry fluids as they are being drained from the car during repair and service work

The simplicity of this unit is that after the coolant is drained into the catchment area of the tray, you simply tip it up and as you do the fluid runs into the rear of the holding tank enabling you to walk away with it. How simple can you get.

If you wish to hold the coolant for reuse you can simply stand it in the corner or hang it on the wall by means of the handle.

The unit has a drain valve at the bottom of the unit to drain the captive fluid from the holding tank. The tray has four robust castors to enable it to be slid around under the vehicle or the workshop floor.

The unit has many financial and environmental benefits for the mechanic, panel beater and radiator specialist.

Oil Filter Crusher

Automotive workshops have the ever present problem of what to do with those used oil filters. Usually there left sitting in a corner waiting for the elusive collection service (when available). Many mechanics have even tried crushing them with their press only to make a huge mess which is time consuming in trying to do the environmentally friendly thing.

The Tidy Trays simple answer to this was to design an easy to use filter crusher. This unit utilises a 4 tonne bottle jack in a compact steel frame which is able to crush up to a Z9, in 35 seconds which will cover 95% of most filters used in light vehicle maintenance. Can be bench or wall mounted with a hose fitting at base for waste oil. After crushing the filter can be disposed of in a waste recycling bin.

The Mega & Maxi is a simple solution to an environmental problem. Due to the increasing demand on businesses to be environmentally responsible. There is a need to protect oils and other chemicals from reaching our waterways and drains. Most councils require oils and other chemicals to be in a contained area. This can often involve expensive brick and concrete compounds.

Tidy Trays answer to this problem is very simple and cost effective, yet fulfils the requirements of the councils and EPA.

The requirement: that it holds 110% of the largest vessel. The Mega & Maxis meet these requirements. The mega Tray simply holds a normal size pallet, and the Maxi holds half a pallet. This will facilitate the handling of four 205L (44gallon) or combination of 60L drums, etc.

The uses for these trays are endless, such as truck and heavy vehicle servicing, industrial and chemical plants, sumps and pits and storage of new and old batteries.

Also available is removable ramp for getting 60l drum trolleys on to trays, keeping inline with OHS requirements

Part # B-W-D - Brake Wash Down Unit

This simple to use, light weight portable unit uses an air operated gun which sucks up water from the unit enabling the mechanic to safely wash down asbestos, dirt and dust which is both detrimental to health and braking efficiency of the vehicle.

This unit is made from durable polyethulene plastic and the support strap sits over the backing plate, brake disc or axle. The unique design of the unit requires only 2-3litres of fluid to operate and only low air pressure of 150-200KPA is required.

As there are no stands used for the unit it can be used on the floor as well as for hoist use. The unit can be stored easily as no large stands are involved and the unit weighs in at only 4kgs.
