Yellow Jacket Hoses - there’s one for every job with the name you know, the performance you want.

The original ¼” YELLOW JACKET hose, introduced in 1949 was widely accepted by industry professionals for all weather flexibility and dependability.

With ongoing improvements throughout the years the original design is still hard at work. Among the many improvements is the Adjust-A-Valve-Opener. With this patented valve core depressor, you easily open all troublesome out-of-tolerance Schrader valves. Simply adjust height with needle nose pliers. Use again and again. Replacement is convenient.

All YELLOW JACKET ¼” Plus 11 colored hose assemblies are now fully UL recognized assemblies (File SA9737). That’s not only the hose but the whole assembly , including SealRight low loss fittings and ball valves
All ¼” Plus II hose assemblies are UL recognized for 4000psi (275 BAR) minimum burst pressure and 800psi (55 BAR) maximum working pressure which is the requirement for R410A with a 5 to 1 safety factor. Many hose meet the burst pressure requirement but not all manufacturers have passed that test for assemblies
Specially formulated rubber tube resists most refrigerants and assures long life
Blow-off groove channels refrigerant out of the front of the nut to help prevent spray back
Hose cover pin-pricked to resist bubbling and bursting
6” to 100” lengths in yellow, red, blue and white. Longer lengths available as special order

Inspect your hoses on a regular basis. If your hoses are more than 5 years old, we recommend that you replace them. Since 1964 YELLOW JACKET Charging Hoses have “year of manufacture” coded on the rim of the nut. A series of dots, I’s. X’s, O’s or A’s following YELLOW JACKET indicates the year as follows:
