With this feature, you simply follow the numbers 1 through 9 to zero-in on all HCFC, CFC and HFC refrigerant leaks, even hard-to-detect R404A and R410A. Number value increases the closer you get to the leak source. When numbers stop increasing, you’re there. The number displayed tells how big the leak is.

1 to 3 indicate less than 0.1oz per year
4 to 6 indicate 0.1 to 0.5oz per year
7 to 9 means more than 0.5oz per year

Smart Alarm LED tells how big the leak.
