That’s why YELLOW JACKET Charging manifolds and Gauges are carefully assembled and inspected for the accuracy to correctly measure system pressures.
Both 2 and 4-valve models provide a high-valve benefits package for the professional technician :
- Valves with proven piston and O’Ring engineering for reliability and long service life with all refrigerants
- Sliding pistons with O”Ring seals for precise flow metering with only 1-1/2 turns for full flow. Nylon seat for long life with vacuum and all refrigerants, including R410A
- 3 1/8” (80mm) liquid gauges or Class 1 (1% accuracy) steel case gauges are available
- Flutterless technology with surge protector and silicone dampened movement to minimize pulsation for easier, more accurate readings in red, blue and liquid gauges
- Versatile design is adaptable to panel mounting

Features unique to the 4-valve:
- Oversize bore for fast flow and 3/8” vacuum port for use with larger hose to cut evacuation time by up to 33% and more depending on use. All other fittings ¼”. Adapter available for using ¼” hose at vacuum port
- Four valves and a fourth hose for more efficiency and speed. Simultaneously connect to high and low sides, recovery unit, or vacuum pump and refrigerant tank. Diagnose, evacuate and charge without switching hoses
